Product Guarantees:
1. Preventative Drilling Lubricant Guarantee "SLICK BORE 54" is guaranteed to prevent differential and
hydraulic drill pipe sticking when used as a mud additive lubricant during oil and gas drilling operations in accordance with the recommended application procedures. If drill pipe sticking occurs and the well is lost while all
operating requirements have been met, the cost of the "SLICK BORE 54" product will not be invoiced.
To qualify for this guarantee:
Product application instructions must be followed. All specified operating conditions must be maintained.
The guarantee applies to one well per product purchase agreement. Individual purchase agreements are established for each well. This warranty applies only to drilling operations. "SLICK BORE 54" products used for work overs, cement squeeze drill-outs, or other oil eld applications are sold without warranty. In these applications, "SLICK BORE 54" continues to provide excellent lubrication, increased penetration rates, and reduced
torque and drag on the drill string.
2. Stuck Drill Pipe Rescue Service
"SLICK BORE 54" also provides a specialized stuck drill pipe rescue service for wells that become stuck while drilling without the use of "SLICK BORE 54" This service is performed exclusively by the "SLICK BORE 54"
manufacturer and experienced field applicators under a predetermined service fee and a fully executed service agreement.
Service Guarantee
If "SLICK BORE 54" accepts the rescue project, we provide an unconditional guarantee: The drill pipe will be successfully freed, or the operator will not be invoiced, provided all terms and conditions of the service contract have been satisified. Each rescue operation is evaluated individually. "SLICK BORE 54" reserves the sole right to accept or decline any rescue request after reviewing the well conditions prior to mobilization. A sample service agreement is available for review upon request.
