Recover Your Well & Stuck Pipe
SlickBore54 is concentrated and must be added to the existing mud system in an isolated slug pit to develop a pill for pumping into the wellbore. SlickBore54 is non toxic and can be added to any mud system including salt water and oil based mud systems. SlickBore54 immediately reduces fluid loss and breaks capillary forces in differentially stuck pipe against the wellbore wall. Once circulation of the SlickBore54 is begun, the material bonds to the pipe, wellbore wall, and penetrates the existing mud cake.
Every stuck well is different from the previous and the situation should be analyzed methodically and in detail by the well site consultants to determine the location and method of treatment for the problem.
Once it is determined you’re stuck, the area of the sticking and the type of sticking you’re experiencing, it’s time to call us. In all stuck wells, time is of the essence and the sooner treatment is begun, the better the chances for freeing the pipe.
SlickBore54’s experienced staff is available twenty four hours a day to assist you with getting our product to the job and offering assistance from our many consultants that have successfully recovered stuck wells using our process and system. SlickBore54 has rescued many types of stuck wells including differentially, key seating, hydraulically, and pipe on pipe sticking. Before moving on to more severe methods of solving the problem, please consider SlickBore54, it may be the best and least costly method for solving your problem.
If you’re stuck and have lost circulation simultaneously, it is essential that circulation is restored to the well before starting treatment with SlickBore54. We will not attempt to free the pipe until the loss of circulation problem is rectified.
If circulation is restored and the pipe remains stuck without the ability to reciprocate and/or rotate, this is the time to start the SlickBore54 treatment process to free the pipe.
